Ross & Neil warmly welcome you in their renovated farmhouse with amazing views of the South West French countryside: A large hall to practice, a Healing area, a collective kitchen, a swimming pool and Mother Nature are welcoming you too. Wake up to beautiful sunshine, step out into the peaceful Nature surrounding. During this retreat, there will be, of course, some free time (Self time) to contemplate and soak up the magic of the place.

You will be served organic vegan food from the local market to your plate, freshly prepared in our collective kitchen, including superfood options, juices, and raw food. Eating with compassion and cherishing the life energy that food gives is a vital part of living an authentic yogic lifestyle.
Karma Yoga is an integral part of the yogic lifestyle philosophy. Through its practice everyone offer himself through selfless action to serve the collective well-being.
During your stay you will practice Karma Yoga with a few simple tasks divided among the participants such as helping in the kitchen, setting the table, doing the dishes, etc.

Workshop facilitators and practitioners
Debiprasad Pramanik is an assistant professor in the field of Yoga at the Auro University, Surat, India. He is a certified Yoga teacher and examiner by the Indian Government's Quality Council of India. In 2015, the Indian Council of Cultural Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs selected him for their Yoga program abroad. He has been teaching Yoga at The Mother's International School in New Delhi from 2007 to 2018. Since 2014, he has been involved in various courses and seminars to spread Integral Yoga and Traditional Indian Yoga in France, Spain, Italy, Bosnia Herzegovina and Singapour. Ashramite at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Delhi from 2002 to 2018 he regularly organized sessions and workshops for all ages, as well as Yoga teacher training courses and retreats. He attended the Bihar School of Yoga Sanyasa course (2001). He holds a Master's degree in Yoga and a Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy (2005). He is the co-fonder of the Association Swayoga.
Fidji Milet shares her life between France and India. She has co-founded the French Association Swayoga and the Swayoga Healing Centre along with Debiprasad Pramanik, to promote the Essence of Indian Traditional Yoga, Naturopathy and holistic therapies. Her qualifications include a Diploma of Osteopathy from Diaphragma School of Madrid, Spain, a Yoga and Meditation Advance Teacher training course from SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga in New Delhi. She has a diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga by Archna Yogayatan Center in New Delhi and a diploma in Yoga therapy through Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nashik. She has also attended several courses on Holistic health, between 2009 and 2014 with Dr. Seignon, Physician and Naturopath in Lot et Garonne, France, and since 2016 with Dr. Yadav, Naturopath and Yoga-therapist, founder of the Center Archna Yogayatan in New Delhi. Since 2012, she provides individual sessions of Osteopathy combined to reflexology, myofascial technics, Naturopathy and Yoga. She regularly organises and facilitates Yoga, Naturopathy and Clear Vision workshops for groups of adults and children.
We have the great present to have a special guest Ross Beckley for the healthy cooking class: Ross is one of the founders of Maison de Lunel, a certified nutritional adviser and weight loss coach, a natural juice therapist and a vegetarian cook with a passion for a balanced life. Having moved away from an intense career in international corporate events Ross is now dedicated to helping others with their nutritional plans and weight loss goals. "I believe that we are all individuals and there is no one diet that fits all – with busy daily lives and differing motivations I work with clients to find a nutritional plan that works for them. It is my aim is to empower others to adopt a ‘whole food’ plant based diet and take control of their health." Ross is an avid juicer and is currently developing a series of Natural Juice Detox retreats at Lunel. By taking a holistic, but realistic approach, to managing our nutritional needs whilst managing busy daily lives she believes that by adopting even small daily changes we can gain immense benefits … Eat clean, Move daily, Rest well. Ross is also a Reiki practitioner having been initiated in the First Degree of the Usui System of Natural Healing.

Until February 28th you will benefit from the "early bird" fare 450 € TTC instead of 549 €.
